Two scooter accidents on Via Roma in Palermo: two injured and traffic disruption

Two accidents within a few minutes have blocked traffic on Via Roma in Palermo. Two people were injured, with one person being taken to the Civic Hospital in serious condition with head injuries. The first accident occurred near Via Guardione, just after the intersection with Via Cavour, where a man lost control of his scooter, fell, and hit his head, possibly due to a large pothole. The victim was treated by emergency personnel and taken to the hospital for further evaluation. Shortly after, another accident occurred between a scooter and a motorcycle at the intersection of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with one person being treated at the scene. Traffic in the area was slowed due to emergency vehicles. The City Police are conducting further investigations into the incidents.
