The article reports on the tragic death of a married couple from Ragusa who were both musicians in a road accident. Giovanni Cascone, 56, was from Ragusa, while Angela Polizzi, three years younger, was from Ramacca. They were riding their motorcycle back home from an event in Scicli when they collided with a Renault Clio driven by a 28-year-old woman from Modica. The woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries while the couple was declared dead and taken to the morgue. Angela was a music teacher in Comiso, while Giovanni was a talented musician who played the trombone solo and in groups. They also owned a music instrument store in Ragusa. The accident is still under investigation by authorities.
