Two arrests in Catania as they attack traffic wardens while fines are issued for illegally parked cars

Two municipal police officers who were issuing fines to cars parked in a no-parking zone, in a central street of Catania, not far from the Town Hall and the Police Headquarters, were attacked by two individuals who were later arrested by the police for resistance and assault on a public official, and refusal to provide their personal information. The two also reportedly attacked a person who was filming them. Medical personnel from the emergency services also intervened on the spot.
