Two arrests and two precautionary measures in Gela for trafficking and receiving stolen cultural goods and weapons

Explain in brief the following article:

The police in Gela carried out 4 precautionary measures yesterday (3 June), issued by the judge at the request of the prosecutor, for possession for the purpose of drug trafficking, receipt of cultural goods, and possession of illegal weapons. A 37-year-old man was ordered into custody. A 25-year-old man is under house arrest. A 33-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man have a curfew in the evening and at night and are required to report to the police.

The investigation stemmed from the hospitalization of a young man for cocaine poisoning. Investigators discovered a drug trafficking operation, mainly cocaine, as well as the receipt of cultural goods and possession of illegal weapons. Last November, the police raided the home of the 37-year-old man, seizing a 22-caliber rifle, an unmarked and unnumbered magazine, 182 cartridges of various calibers, 49 cocaine packets, a precision scale, a metal detector, as well as banknotes totaling 12,000 euros. The police also seized several archaeological artifacts, including 81 coins from various historical periods, 5 archaic amphorae, and an Hellenic-origin cup.
