A grey Ferrari 456 GT was destroyed and the driver injured in an accident along the fast road in Trapani, near the entrance of Lidl supermarket. Preliminary investigations suggest that high speed may have caused the crash. The driver reportedly accelerated and suddenly lost control of the car, causing it to collide with the guardrail on the opposite lane, partially destroying the vehicle. After the impact, the man was taken to the hospital with several fractures in various parts of his body and broken teeth. The car was traveling from Trapani towards the highway. Local police and traffic police were present at the scene to conduct investigations and direct traffic. The accident gained attention mainly due to the type of car involved, which was practically destroyed in the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
