The police have arrested a 54-year-old man in Trapani who had a prior criminal record. The arrest was made in accordance with a court order for aggravated offenses. Last July, the man had been prohibited from approaching his ex-partner and daughter due to ongoing threats and stalking. He was also placed under electronic surveillance, but this did not deter him. After just 15 days, he resumed his stalking behavior, hiding among parked cars to avoid being seen. He is now under house arrest.
