Training, a lesson in competitiveness on Etna: courses for wineries are underway
Updating represents a determining factor for increasing the success of a company that focuses not only on its product but also on human capital. A strategy from which the four training courses that will officially start on February 18 in four suggestive Municipalities of Etna are inspired: Castiglione di Sicilia, Trecastagni, Viagrande and Santa Venerina.
The protagonist of this educational experience will be wine: the courses are aimed at over 60 employees and managers of 17 companies associated with the Etna DOC Consortium and will involve high-profile teachers, such as Slawka G. Scarso expert food and wine marketing consultant, Professor Sebastiano Torcivia, winemaker Silvio Centonze and DipWset Enrico Donati, to name a few.
