Three new kindergartens and a preschool will be built in Carini with Pnrr funds

Thanks to the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, three new nurseries and a kindergarten will be built in Carini. The municipal council, led by Mayor Giovì Monteleone, has approved the executive projects, which had already been given the green light during the service conference. The new nurseries will be located on land in via Tunisia, via Tasso, and via Magellano, while the kindergarten will be built in contrada Ciachea. A total of 134 new spots for children aged 0 to 3 and 45 new spots for children aged 3 to 5 will soon be available. All four buildings will be equipped with renewable energy systems. The construction is expected to be completed by November 30th. The construction will be carried out by Edilzeta spa, a company from Ragusa, selected by Invitalia. By September 30th, 2024, 30% of the work must be completed.
