The trial of two young people from Agrigento – Gianluca Infantino, 33 years old and Samuel Pio Donzì, 20 years old – ended on the defendants' charge on the charge of theft against a street vendor to whom they would have removed from inside the his Ford Focus 225 pairs of shoes, 40 jeans, thirty shirts and ten jackets.

The facts date back to October 2018. According to the accusatory system, the two managed to break the car where the street vendor kept the goods. The vehicle was located inside the multi-storey car park a stone's throw from the town hall of Agrigento. The victim of the theft, represented by the lawyer Leonardo Marino, asked to call the managers of the parking lot as civil officials.

The trial, which is celebrated before the monochrome judge Terranova, will resume on February 10th. Meanwhile, Infantino has announced that he wants to ask for the judgment with a shortened rite.
