Theft in the Volta di Acate middle school, 20 computers stolen

Raid by thieves in the Alessandro Volta middle school in Acate, complex of the “Capitano Biagio Puglisi” comprehensive school. The criminals broke into the school premises, forcing a gate and a rear window, then, unseen, took away twenty computers, almost all of the equipment reserved for school students. The thieves also broke into an adjacent warehouse, which they may have used to hide out. The theft was reported to the police. There are no video surveillance cameras in the school area. Last week the thieves stole four Lim blackboards in the Carlo Addario primary school. The previous night the thieves had targeted the Filippo Traina school in Vittoria, where a computer and monitor had been stolen.
