Theft by smash-and-grab at a pizzeria in Palermo

This morning, at dawn, the glass door of the Biga pizzeria on via Emerico Amari in Palermo was shattered. A young man entered the establishment, opened the cash register, and fled. The owner called the police and provided surveillance camera footage of the incident. Investigators seized some tools left at the scene and found the cash register drawers nearby. The thief acted without a mask.
