Salvatore and Domenico continue with great passion the art of baking, a passion inherited from their grandfather Domenico and nurtured alongside their father Antonino. They pay attention to the creation of the new panettone, presented this year in an elegant tin packaging to preserve the freshness of the flavor and aroma. They use refined and special ingredients, working with skilled craftsmanship and natural leavening for over 48 hours. Among their unique products is a Christmas panettone flavored with “903” grappa, with a double glaze, filling of their own figs and dark chocolate.
