"Apcoa doesn't have to pay Tari." The Municipality loses the lawsuit against the Mantuan company that manages some blue areas in the center. Palazzo delle Aquile had ordered Apcoa to pay the waste tax.
The sentence concerns the Tarsu of 2011, for an amount of 437,605 euros. The calculation was made by the Tax Office for the occupation of stalls in areas P2, P4, P19 and P20 (a form of compensation for the project financing with which the underground parking of the Court was created).
The company, which had also appealed before the tax courts, challenged the assessment. Before the tax commissions, now the Court of Cassation has canceled the provision.
