"Semu all devotees … Long live Sant’Agata." This is the cry that resounds from 3 to 5 February through the streets of Catania, when the city stops to celebrate its sanctity with a party that involves thousands of faithful and tourists.
Sant’Agata is the third most attended patronal feast in the world and to cheer it up there are them, the devout harnessed "cu u sack", or the traditional white habit worn by the faithful during the processions in honor of the sanctity; in those moments, Piazza Duomo and the streets of the itinerary seem to be tinged with white, giving a striking glance.
