Ten cars vandalized overnight in Marina di Ragusa

About ten cars were vandalized overnight between Friday and Saturday in Marina di Ragusa. The cars parked from Piazza Padre Pio towards the seafront were heavily damaged: external mirrors were stolen and the bodywork was ruined. This was a nasty surprise for the car owners who returned to find their cars in this state. Some of them filed a complaint with the Carabinieri. A similar situation was also reported in Cava D’Aliga, a coastal village in the Scicli area, where some cars were also damaged. Both tourists and residents are demanding increased police patrols.
