A teacher at Sciascia-Bufalino Technical Institute in Erice intervened to break up a fight between two students and ended up with a broken nose and an eye injury. The students, one of whom is a minor, got into a physical altercation during a school assembly. The French teacher stepped in to stop the fight and was punched in the face, resulting in a hospital visit. Police are now investigating the incident.
