Syracuse. Shopping vouchers: activates an online platform for businesses wishing to join

From today, the online platform of the Municipality of Syracuse is active for the formation of a list of commercial businesses interested in the supply of basic necessities in favor of economically disadvantaged subjects.

These are measures financed through the ESF, the “European Social Fund Sicily 2020” and which are added to those financed with the funds of the National Civil Protection.

In the coming weeks, once this phase of collection of subscriptions has been completed, the notice addressed to users will be published.

Commercial operators who provide basic necessities such as food, pharmaceutical products, personal and household hygiene products, gas cylinders, based in Syracuse or neighboring areas, and who want to join, can register on the “software platform, web based , PO FSE ”through the institutional website of the Municipality; and then, by clicking on the appropriate link “COVID-19 -PO ESF Sicily Region Funds GR Resolution n.124 of 28.3.2020”, fill in the application and the required declarations.

Among these, that of “not paying in conditions of inability to contract with the Public Administration”; possession of the Consolidated Contribution Regularity Document, the Durc, which is valid and, if not provided, a declaration of exemption; the attestation of one’s debt position with the Revenue Agency.

The application can be inserted with effect from today, Monday, February the 22nd.

Following the verification of the existence of the requisites required for accreditation, the Entity will enable the operator to use the platform, subject to the stipulation of a specific agreement.

The operational methods of the service, from the payment of the goods by the user, to the acquisition of the virtual voucher, to the reimbursement of the consideration, are contained in the public notice available on the Municipality website.
