Spanish tourist found dead in hotel room in Palermo

A 57-year-old Spanish tourist was found dead in a room at the San Paolo Palace Hotel in Palermo, Italy. Blood was found beneath the body. The tourist was supposed to check out of the hotel on October 24th. The hotel staff discovered the body while cleaning the room. The authorities were alerted and the military and forensic investigation teams arrived at the scene. A medical examiner was called to determine the cause of death. It is possible that the man became ill and hit his head, causing a head injury.
