The carabinieri of the Ortigia police station in Siracusa, together with the municipal police, conducted a series of inspections on various commercial establishments. The activity allowed them to verify violations of the regulations regarding public performances and entertainment, resulting in the reporting to the judicial authority of the owner of a bar for organizing a dance night without any authorization. Over 400 people attended the event, and alcoholic beverages were served. In addition to this, over 5 thousand euros in administrative fines were imposed, and a proposal was made to close down the establishment.
