Scooter theft in Palermo: Teen arrested after police chase

Police arrested a 15-year-old boy in Palermo for stealing a Piaggio Liberty scooter along with an accomplice. The police intercepted the two on scooters as they were trying to take the stolen scooter away. They tried to flee but one was arrested, while the other is still being sought. The arrested boy has been taken to the Malaspina juvenile detention center awaiting a court hearing.
