Santa Rosalia Procession: Firefighters and Forestry Rangers Establish Fixed Post on Monte Pellegrino

Today and tomorrow (September 3rd and 4th), firefighters will provide a presence at Monte Pellegrino in Palermo, Italy, during the traditional Acchianata to reach the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia. As part of the Public Order and Safety Committee, the prefect of Palermo has deployed a security service in the Monte Pellegrino area. Starting from 8 am today until 8 pm tomorrow, two teams of firefighters and forest rangers will be stationed along the entire route.
