A small but important gesture: the Provincial Association of Chefs and Confectioners of Trapani led by chef Rocco Roberto Di Marzo donated basic necessities and semi-finished products to the Municipality of Trapani.
The material was delivered to the Italian Red Cross which will sort it out with the “Solidarity Cart” project.
Listen to the audio interview:
“In such a difficult moment both for the pandemic and for the crisis caused by it for our category of restaurateurs and cooks, who have been stopped for six months, thanks to the support of Unilever, we have decided to donate products to the city of Trapani – he says Rocco Roberto Di Marzo -, in detail, these are food products for people in need: there are basic necessities, semi-finished products for pastry products that can also be used at home “.
“When we suffered the effects of this pandemic, we saw the awakening of the desire for solidarity of the citizens – says the deputy mayor and councilor for social policies Vincenzo Abbruscato -, we thank the Provincial Association of Chefs and Confectioners of Trapani”.
