Peralta, San Vito offers many delights for all
The Peralta Pasticceria in San Vito Lo Capo, with its artisanal laboratory, was established in 1979 and is still a reference point for anyone looking for high-quality sweets in the famous town of Trapani. They offer the option to ship their delicious treats anywhere. In 2019, the second generation of this family of artisan pastry chefs took over. The Peralta sisters followed in the footsteps of their father Vito, a master of San Vito pastry making. They began to explore more modern fields, experimenting with cakes and semifreddo that have become well-known and requested by the many tourists who visit the area. They still focus on the Sicilian/Sanvitese pastry classics such as cannoli and cassata. During the Christmas period, they produce artisanal panettone enriched with Sicilian products. Their products have been exported during the holiday season to Italy and abroad, accompanied by almond sweets and Martorana fruit. They are especially famous for their Sicilian cannoli with sheep’s milk ricotta.
