Patrizia Monterosso falsely accused, convicted in Palermo as fake justice collaborator

The court in Palermo has sentenced architect Giuseppe Tuzzolino to 4 years and 10 months for slander and false testimony against the general director of the Federico II Foundation. Tuzzolino, who aspired to be a collaborator of justice, made false revelations about Matteo Messina Denaro in 2016, claiming the existence of a Masonic lodge in Castelvetrano that collected 5% from every photovoltaic plant in Trapani. The money was allegedly linked to the former Sicilian governor Raffaele Lombardo. The court also ordered Tuzzolino to pay 18,000 euros in damages to the offended party.
