Palma di Montechiaro, the two victims of the shipwreck are buried: the prefect is also present

The bodies of two migrants, a man and a woman, who had been recovered last Saturday in Cala Spugne, Lampedusa, were buried this morning in the cemetery of Palma di Montechiaro. These are the victims of a shipwreck in the Sicilian Channel. The bodies had arrived last night in Porto Empedocle and from there had been transported to the city of the Leopard. Seven other dead had already been buried in Palma at the beginning of July. Present at the ceremony, in addition to the mayor Stefano Castellino, the prefect Rita Cocciufa and the military authorities of the province.
