This includes 160 individuals through direct hiring and 38 through an internal competition. The hospital company has already issued a notice for the stabilization of medical and healthcare management staff. The commissioner, Walter Messina, believes this achievement showcases the company’s attention to staff development and its commitment to providing quality care to patients by ensuring a sufficient number of permanent employees.
