Palermo zooprofilactic institute: Court of Auditors investigates

The Court of Auditors prosecutor has opened an investigation into the Zooprophylactic Institute of Sicily. The finance police have started inquiries into the management of the nine years of the institute’s receivership. Sicilian prosecutor of the Court of Auditors Pino Zingale has opened a file and is gathering all the elements to define the contours of the issue that started from the dossier of the Sicilian Cgil sent to the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci and to the Minister of Economy Giancarlo Giorgetti. Among the recipients are also the President of the Region Renato Schifani, the Health Assessor Giovanna Volo, the President of the National Anti-Corruption Authority Giuseppe Busia, the Prosecutor’s Office of Palermo, and the Court of Auditors.
