The judges of the second section of the Tar of Palermo, chaired by Federica Cabrini, have decided to directly address the appeals on the Palermo nightlife regulation. The hearing is scheduled for October. This is what was decided during the precautionary examination of the appeal filed by the individual business Sgs Giochi di Pistoia Salvatore and the companies Start Games ssrl, Talos srl, Aster Games srl and Euromatic srl, represented by lawyers Valentina Castellucci and Giorgio Troja.
In light of the measures and the new ordinance issued by the mayor of Palermo Roberto Lagalla, Bingo halls will remain open until 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. The game rooms and betting halls authorized by the Palermo police with slot machines will remain open from 10 am to 12 midnight, until the Tar will decide on whether to accept or reject the appeals. A second appeal against the nightlife regulation has been filed by the company Cdm Entertainment srl, represented by lawyers Salvatore and Luigi Raimondi. This too will be addressed in October.
