Palermo, mafia: Mulè doesn’t answer and says he’s sick

Mulè was arrested as part of the “Aurora” operation conducted by the Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate of Palermo. According to the allegations, Mulè would have been the head of a criminal organization that would have transferred coca from South America to Italy.
