Palermo, clochard beats his rival after having tied his hands and feet

Two homeless people argue in Palermo and one ends up in hospital with a deep head wound. It happened in the late afternoon near the small port of Sant’Erasmo. When the police officers arrived, one of the two had his hands and feet bound while the other, a homeless man of French origin, was beating him violently.
