Palermo, Ballarò drug dealer arrested after chase

The State Police arrested a man in Ballarò believed to be responsible for the crime of drug possession with the intent to sell. The arrest was made as part of specific prevention and territory control services aimed at combating drug trafficking in the capital. The officers noticed a man selling two packages to another person and intervened, but both men fled. Despite this, the police recovered the drugs and caught the man. They found cash, keys, and cell phones on him. Through further investigation, they found 12 more doses of heroin, cutting and packaging materials, a scale, and more cash in his apartment. The drugs, materials, and money were seized, and the man was arrested and taken to police custody. The arrest was confirmed by the judicial authority.
