The board of statutory auditors of Amap – composed of Graziella Ricotta (president), Luigi Passaglia, and Maurizio Valerio – has today ordered the convening of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting for the next November 4th. On the agenda is the appointment of the new company’s governance, following the end of the mandate of the sole director, Alessandro Di Martino. The board has scheduled for November 8th (at 9.30 am) the possible second convening of the shareholders’ meeting, always with the same item on the agenda.
