Palermo: AlturEstival returns with tours, concerts, and exhibitions

AlturEstival, a music and cultural festival in Palermo, is celebrating its seventh edition from September 1 to 30. The festival, organized by the Formedonda Cultural Association and the Sicilian Alpine Club, focuses on the connection between humans and nature. This year, the festival will explore the theme of cultural dialogue and peace, inspired by artists such as Pablo Neruda and Victor Jara. The lineup includes concerts by Sicilian musicians and groups like La Banda del Sud and Punamanu, as well as guided hikes and art exhibitions. AlturEstival is supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Castelbuono, and the Sicilian Regional Tourism Department.
