Natoli case: Rome police will transmit file to Catania

The Rome public prosecutors will send the investigation file that sees Rosanna Natoli, a suspended lay member of the CSM, investigated for disclosure of office secrets and abuse of office, the latter now abolished, to Catania for territorial competence. Natoli, a former member of the disciplinary section of the Council, was recorded during a meeting in the province of Catania with magistrate Maria Fascetto Sivillo, who was under disciplinary proceedings. The proceeding was initiated at Piazzale Clodio after the CSM sent the audio.
