Naro, Tar gives go-ahead for Wind Tre antenna installation

Wind Tre has been given permission to install an antenna in Naro, after the judges of the Administrative Court of Palermo accepted the company’s request for suspension against the decision of the municipality to block the construction of the plant. The company was represented by lawyer Giovanni Sartorio. The judges suspended the municipality’s decision, stating that it was based on the need for a preventive reassessment by the Regional Environmental Protection Agency (Arpa), which had already expressed a favorable opinion. A citizens’ committee in Naro has been formed to oppose the installation of the antenna.
