The Carabinieri in Moio Alcantara, in the province of Messina, have reported a 43-year-old man for illegal disposal of sewage. The officers caught him in the act of unlawfully and uncontrollably dumping several cubic meters of sewage resulting from olive pressing, coming from his olive oil mill, onto his own property using a tanker truck. The Carabinieri seized the tanker truck, which still contained the residual sewage, and the area used for disposal.
