Metal boat with 40 migrants sinks near Lampedusa, one dead

A 7-meter metal boat carrying 40 Eritreans and Sudanese has sunk off the coast of Lampedusa. Italian coast guard and Swedish Frontex vessels rescued 39 survivors, one person was found dead.
