Messina: meeting-debate entitled “A half right. Freedom of procreative choices and effectiveness of rights “, organized for the chairs of Constitutional Law of the UniMe Department of Law in synergy with the Italian Society of Human Reproduction
On Friday 9 April, at 3 pm, on the MicrosoftTeams platform and live on the Facebook pages of the University of Messina and of “Voci Constitutional”, there will be a meeting-debate entitled “A half right. Freedom of procreative choices and effectiveness of rights ”, organized for the chairs of Constitutional Law of the UniMe Department of Law in synergy with the Italian Society of Human Reproduction (SIRU). The topic covered by the webinar, of hot topicality, will be addressed with the help of teachers, organizations and institutions (in addition to the University of Peloritan, also the Higher School of the Judiciary, the Council of the Bar Association and the Italian Association of Magistrates for Minors and for the Family, as well as of course the Department of Law and the Doctorate in Legal Sciences). The initiative will be inaugurated by the institutional greetings of the Rector, prof. Salvatore Cuzzocrea, of profs. Francesco Astone (Director of the Department of Law) and Concetta Parrinello (Coordinator of the Doctorate in Legal Sciences), of dr. Corrado Bonanzinga (Messina decentralized trainer) and the lawyer. Domenico Santoro (President of the Council of the Messina Bar Association). The three sessions will be moderated by Dr. Maria Francesca Pricoco, President of the Messina Juvenile Court and President of the AIMMF. Speakers: the lawyer. Maria Paola Costantini (President of the SIRU Legal-Legal Observatory), Prof. Maria Pia Iadicicco, (associate of Constitutional Law, University of Campania), Avv. Sebastiano Papandrea (member of the SIRU juridical-legal Observatory), prof. Giacomo D’Amico (full professor of Constitutional Law, UniMe, co-organizer of the event), prof.ssa Marcella Distefano (associate of international law, UniMe), prof. Stefano Agosta (full professor of Constitutional Law, co-organizer of the event). The conclusions will be drawn by dr. Antonino Guglielmino, President of SIRU The recognition of 0.25 credits for university students who will participate in the event is also foreseen. There will be 2 ordinary educational credits for lawyers. The presence will be detected by filling in a Google form.
