Marsala mourns Professor Gaetane Le Hoariec, renowned French teacher

Marsala mourns the death of Professor Gaetane Le Hoariec, who was 65 years old. She studied at the Université de Sherbrooke in the southernmost province of Quebec and taught French at Vito Fazio Allmayer State High School in Alcamo. The teacher was born in Montreal, Canada, on April 5, 1958, and moved to Italy as a child. She taught French language in various schools in the provinces of Trapani and Agrigento, including Fermi High School. Colleagues and friends have expressed their condolences and remembered the sunny and helpful woman. Former students have also shared their memories, highlighting her smile that brightened their days. The funeral will be held at the San Francesco di Paola Church on Corso Calatafimi.
