Lawyer Gaetano Cappellano Seminara has surrendered in Bollate prison (Milan). The former judicial administrator is another defendant in the trial regarding the preventive measures section of the Palermo Court. Like Silvana Saguto, he was also sentenced yesterday (October 19) by the Court of Cassation for some of the crimes for which he was found guilty by the Court of Appeals of Caltanissetta. Instead of waiting for the arrival of the financial police at home, he presented himself at the Lombard prison. Meanwhile, Saguto has received an imprisonment order in a clinic in Palermo, where she had been hospitalized for about twenty days.
