Kerkent inquiry, rejected appeal by Iacono Quarantino


The Court of Cassation rejected the request made by the defense of Angelo Iacono Quarantino, 28, with which he requested the weakening of the precautionary measure of house arrest and the replacement of the same with an alternative measure. Stay, duqnue, under house arrest.
