Feliciano Leto, a judicial clerk accused of being a mole for organized crime, chose not to speak during his hearing after being arrested for aiding and abetting ongoing investigations. He is accused of accessing and distributing confidential information, as well as leaking sensitive investigation details to various individuals. His suspicious activities were reportedly captured by spyware installed on his phone. The defense plans to appeal to the Court of Review in the coming days.
