In Alia the Fair of traditions with cooking show and guided tours of the Gurfa Caves

The ancient recipes of the local culinary tradition will be at the center – Thursday 29 and Friday 30 December in Alia – of the Traditions Fair, an event organized under the patronage of the Department of Productive Activities of the Sicilian Region. The event, which does not neglect the enhancement of the rock architecture spectacle of the Gurfa Caves, was created with the aim of transferring the traditions of the past to the new generations, both in the working and culinary fields. There Traditions Fair will be inaugurated on Thursday 29 with a conference, which will be attended by the mayor of Alia Antonino Guccione, the municipal councilor for productive activities Gaetano Siragusa and the chef Vincenzo Rinchiuso as representative Gourmetravelers.
