A venue in Vucciria was seized by authorities for operating without the necessary permits. During a routine inspection, municipal police officers, along with police and carabinieri, discovered the absence of a Scia (start of activity communication) and a certificate of fitness. Two employees were found to lack the required professional qualifications for running the business, preparing, and serving food. The establishment was seized, and its equipment, including counters, refrigerators, freezers, television, deep fryer, and foosball table, were confiscated. The venue was sealed off, and a fine of €14,000 was imposed.
