Horror in Sciacca: Two dogs shot and killed

In Sciacca, a town in the province of Agrigento, two dogs were found dead, shot with a firearm. They were discovered about a hundred meters apart, within a private area. Animal activists immediately raised the alarm upon finding the carcasses. Law enforcement and veterinarians have initiated investigations to identify the responsible parties and the owners of the land where the dogs were found. The dogs have been transferred to the Institute of Animal Health in Palermo for further examination.
