Health, mayors of the Madonie in Rome to defend the birth points
A delegation of mayors from the internal areas of the Madonie area was received this morning in Rome, at the Ministry of Health, to discuss the territorial issues. Among the topics on the agenda, above all, that of birth points.
The delegation's commitment is to produce a dossier that, in a timely manner, "summarizes the critical points highlighted and at the same time can represent the basis and prerequisite for claiming legitimate requests for exemption for birth points". The mayors have asked for the opening of a comparison table that also include the leaders of the Asps of Palermo and Messina.
The mayors were present Pietro Macaluso (Petralia Soprana), Franco Calderaro (Castellana Sicula), Francesco Migliazzo (Gangi), Leonardo Neglia (Petralia Sottana), Piercalogero D'Anna (Bompietro), Luigi Iuppa (Geraci Siculo), Lillo Puleo (Vice mayor of Blufi) and Sandro Silvestri (councilor of Polizzi Generosa).
