Grazia Ferro reaches Miss Italia’s semifinals with a big dream: becoming a teacher.

Nineteen years old, a modeling career, and a dream of becoming a teacher. Grazia Ferro is one of the contestants in the pre-finals of Miss Italy. She holds the title of Miss Barocco siciliano, which she won in a regional competition organized by Miss Italy for Sicily. She loves her hometowns of Scicli and Marina di Ragusa, considering them hidden but wonderful parts of Sicily. Grazia used to dislike her body and struggled with bullying, but thanks to the fashion industry, she has learned to love herself. She participated in her first beauty pageant at the age of 16 and has been balancing her modeling career with her studies in science education at university. Her ultimate goal is to become a teacher because she loves working with children. Grazia’s mother signed her up for Miss Italy, and her father, brother, and boyfriend have been supportive throughout her journey. Even if she doesn’t make it to the finals, Grazia is grateful for the experience and plans to participate again in the future. She has been pleasantly surprised by the camaraderie and lack of rivalry among the contestants.
