Gela: Making the water tank in Caposoprano basso neighborhood drinkable

The mayor of Gela, Terenziano Di Stefano, has revoked the ordinance that banned the use of water distributed in the areas served by the reservoir in the Caposoprano basso district, infested with coliform bacteria, enterococci, and escherichia coli. The decision was made in light of the latest analysis conducted by the Prevention department of the Health Authority on October 5th on samples of drinking water, where a return to the legal limits for the bacteriological parameter was detected. Therefore, the ordinance has been revoked.
