Gas leak leads to explosion at pizzeria in Marinella di Selinunte: three injured

Yesterday evening (August 20) in Marinella di Selinunte, a gas leak was followed by an explosion at the Reginasulla restaurant. Two women were injured, suffering minor abrasions. One of the owners of the restaurant, M.C., was also injured in the arm and face. Emergency services are at the scene investigating the cause of the explosion, with initial theories pointing to a possible malfunction in the gas system. The explosion shattered the glass doors of the restaurant, located near the entrance of Marinella di Selinunte and close to the Archaeological Park.
