Fear tonight (October 17), shortly after 8 pm, at the Pietro Piazza Hotel School on Corso dei Mille, in Palermo, where due to a gas leak, the students of the evening courses, several dozen people, were evacuated. Some students also took care of a classmate in a wheelchair, accompanying him outside the building. At first, the students smelled the strong odor of gas. Within seconds, they were instructed to leave the former Virga mill that houses the school and the fire department was called. The origin of the gas leak is still to be determined.
